EKR Law is currently a private law practice. We have  a Legal Aid contract which commenced in October 2022. We therefore offer a legal aid service for those charged and interviewed in relation to  criminal offences. For proceedings brought in the magistrates' court we offer a fixed fee private service for single appearance for a road traffic offence. The fixed fee for a single appearance road traffic is £1000 plus VAT.

For the majority of cases Legal Aid will be applied for. Our Private fee structure is reasonable, realistic and reflects the quality of our advice and our track record. Our fee structure will be explained to you before we begin our work with you.
